This park is made up of approximately 132 acres offering a nature trail, freshwater pond, athletics and a community center.

Features:

Cordelia B Hunt Community Center
The Cordelia B Hunt Community Center includes a fitness center with treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals and free weights. A computer lab, craft room, game room, kitchen, multi-purpose room and a meeting room are also available.

Greenways Trail
The greenways trail features paved and shady boardwalk areas around the lake, with plenty of scenic rest stops with benches and picnic tables.

Playgrounds
Al Lopez park has an overabundance of playground areas featuring monkey bars, slides and lots of things to climb. Shaded play structures and seating areas will allow children and parents to enjoy the park even on hot summer days.

Shelters
Spacious shelters are available for your outdoor event and are equipped with picnic tables, grills and trash receptacles. A large corporate event shelter is also available. Permitting for the shelters is handled by the shelter office and you can reach them at (813) 274-8184.

Fishing Dock
A spacious dock with wooden railings and three benches offers a tranquil, relaxing place for freshwater fishing or watching wildlife.

Dog Parks
Fenced, leash free areas for both small and large dogs provide lots of room to run around. Dog water fountains are available.

Biking Trail
Extra-wide, paved bicycle trail provides miles of safe biking, rollerblading or skateboarding. The trail is a continuous loop that circles a lake and wooded areas and includes the VitaCourse exercise stations.

VitaCourse Exercise Equipment
Get in a great workout along the trail at several VitaCourse circuit training stations that allow for a variety of different exercises. Instructions are clearly printed on panels at each exercise station.
