First Day Hike at Lake Hiddenwood Recreation Area

Bring your friends and family and join us at Lake Hiddenwood Recreation area for the annual celebration of nature in winter! hike some trails and talk with South Dakota volunteer naturalists about anything that sparks your outdoor curiosity.

This is a free guided hike for all ages offered by South Dakota Dept of Game Fish & Parks.

Lake Hiddenwood Recreation Area is NE of Selby 6 miles. Park entrance fee or park license required. Please dress appropriately for the day's conditions. This event will be cancelled if the temperature is below 0.
