Indian Mountain State Park is a multi-use facility in Campbell County near Tennessee's northern border. Visitors to the 203-acre park enjoy fishing at the lake, picnicking, camping, and hiking on the three trails. Although the park's name would indicate that it is located on a mountain, it is actually located at the base of the mountain.
Activities
PADDLING
Personal canoes and kayaks are allowed on the lake. Pedal boats, kayaks and paddleboards can be rented during the summer months.
HIKING
Indian Mountain offers several hiking trails ranging from easy to moderate difficulty.
FISHING
Indian Mountain “B” Lake (21 acre) provides catches of bass, Bluegill and catfish.
BIRDING
Bluebirds and tree swallows nest in boxes around the main lake. Waterfowl are frequently seen in the flooded pits and along the stream and lakeshore.
Campground

All sites have picnic tables and grills which are located throughout the camping area. A modern bathhouse with restrooms and showers is available to campers. Indian Mountain's campground is open year-round. The campground is winterized (all water including bathhouse is turned off) from November 1 - March 31.
